Between contracts, counter offers, and inspections I managed to find the time to have some good old-fashioned summer fun this year. From kicking it with buds at Bonefish Grill to sunny mornings at Capital Coffee in Carytown, I’ve been pretty busy! I feel lucky to be a part of such a lively city like Richmond and I wanted to take this opportunity to remind everyone to get in on the fun before it’s too late!

The West End-The American Dream

Driving through the West End of Richmond you will experience urbanism morphing into picket-fence suburbs. The American Dream personified as you travel from the Fan area filled with little college town coffee shops and Indy businesses all the way to the beautifully landscaped homes near Henrico County. The West End of Richmond, although not defined by traditional boundaries, is located north of the James River, west of I-95 and south of Broad St. Hop on I-64 and you can get to virtually any part of the West End!
